QCS Chief Engineer, Ray Bencivengo provided Construction Management Services to the Lorain County Engineer to manage the SR57-9.09 widening project in the Village of Grafton The total contract was valued at $4.5M. His duties included attending public meetings, conducting the pre-construction and progress meetings, schedule review and approval.
Ray oversaw the inspections, material testing and approval, submittal and RFI reviews. He processed progress payments, monitored the prevailing wage, reviewed of the contractor’s safety program, project closeout, and claims settlement negotiation.
