The steel was brought to the site completely shop blasted and pre-primed. Surface Prep; All Steel gets a pressure wash with a minimum of 1000 psi. to remove any concrete, dirt, and contaminants, etc. Repair any construction damage by Spot blasting to SSPC SP-10. And applying Organic Zinc Then an Intermediate mist or fog coat (50% epoxy/50% thinner) is applied to eliminate any pinholing. Coating System; Inorganic Zinc/Epoxy/Urethane. (IZEU)
