Project Description
This project contained seven bridges and ramps which consisted of both girder and rolled beam structures, spanning the Great Miami River and cutting through downtown Dayton. The two largest structures had very different challenges. The heart of the project was a girder structure with one approach and three off ramps. A rigid deck platform was erected over the water to eliminate any hazardous lead waste and debris from falling into the river.
